Availability & Preorders:
All items shown on the website are currently in stock and available for purchase at our location in Warman.
We occasionally take preorders, posted on our Facebook page and website, if you commit to a preorder you are required to pay for your items at the specified time. Preorders are reserved for you and only you. Our regular return policy applies once you receive your items but any cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please DO NOT order preorder items with ready to ship (RTS) items. If you do choose to order items together, the RTS items will ship immediately and additional shipping will be owed when the Preorder items arrive.
**Preorder Disclaimer: Preorder items may occasionally take marginally longer than expected due to shipping & production delays that are beyond our control - especially with the way the world has turned in 2020 & 2021. We will do our best to keep you updated of any changes with our weekly posts in our Insiders Circle on Facebook. Should you need an item for a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering. Please note, we will not cancel orders due to extended arrival times - 2020 taught us all how to roll with the punches! Thanks!
Payment Information:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal is accepted. Please include your current billing address. Bank etransfers are also accepted. Transfers need to be sent with 24 hours of the order date otherwise your products will go back into stock.
Price Matching:
Any item that has been purchased within the last 14 days is eligible for a price match in the event that the item has received a clearance price reduction or if that specific item is part of a flash sale. Any price differences will be provided in a gift card, NOT to the original payment method.
To obtain a price match either visit the store or send an email to shopplpboutique@gmail.com. If you are wanting a price match for a Flash Sale, the email must be sent during the timeframe of the promotion.
**Price matching excludes Black Friday, Boxing Week, BOGOs, generic coupon codes (such as XX% off your purchase, free shipping, etc)**
Order Cancellations:
Because inventory is reserved immediately after an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel orders. You may opt to have your order processed as a return, for store credit. No refunds will be provided as we are not refunded the payment processing fees.
Shipping Information:
Orders will be filled within 2-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons like Black Friday & Boxing Day, the fulfillment time may be increased. Shipping is $11.99 for BC, AB, SK, MB and is $15.99 for all other Canadian provinces.
Shipping to the United States is available is roughly $14USD with conversion.
We always have FREE shipping on Canadian orders over $150. There is no code needed, just choose the free shipping method at checkout.
Washing Instructions:
Please see the tag for washing instructions. It is not recommended to place ANY items in the dryer.
Local Pick up:
If you select local pick up you will be contacted via email within 3-5 business days of purchase regarding your pick up. If we don't hear from you within 30 days, your order will be donated to a local women's shelter.
